  • Standard warranty : 3 years.

  • Free maintenance service would be provided if our products have any problems during the warranty.

  • During the warranty, GCL will cover the shipping cost of sending the products back to the clients in the aftersales service.

  • If technical support needed, GCL will send engineers to the client’s country with all the costs covered by the client,

    including the visa, flights, accommodation, transportation , etc.

  • Free samples can be provided for clients’ showroom, project tender or other important business needs.

  • Warranty services will not be provided under the following circumstances:

    1: Damage or malfunction due to the users’ misuses like improper disassembly, testing, modification, etc;

    2: Damage due to any natural disasters like fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
